WORLD'S FINEST COMICS 123, February 1962, was published around December 7, 1962. It contained 32 pages for the cover price of 12¢. Jack Schiff was the editor. The cover was pencilled by Jim Mooney, according to Mike's Amazing World Of DC Comics, while the Grand Comic Book Database and Comic Book Database.com credit Dick Dillon. Sheldon Moldoff was the inker.

- THE INCREDIBLE TEAM OF BAT-MITE AND MR. MXYZPTLK (13 pgs.), written by Jerry Coleman, pencilled by Dick Sprang and inked by Sheldon Moldoff. This story was also reprinted in SHOWCASE PRESENTS: WORLD'S FINEST vol. II.

- Tommy Tomorrow starred in the 7 page story, THE DAY THEY GROUNDED TOMMY TOMORROW, written by Jack Miller and drawn by Jim Mooney.

- Green Arrow and Speedy starred in the 6 page story, THE MAN WHO FORETOLD DISASTER, written by Dick Wood and drawn by Lee Elias. This story was also reprinted in SHOWCASE PRESENTS: GREEN ARROW vol. I.
