WORLD'S FINEST COMICS 115, February 1961, was published on December 6, 1960. It contained 32 pages for the cover price of 10¢. The circulation for this title was 476,000, according to the Statement Of Ownership printed in this issue. The editor was Jack Schiff, and the cover was pencilled by Curt Swan and inked by Sheldon Moldoff.

- The 13 page Superman/Batman story was titled, THE CURSE THAT DOOMED SUPERMAN, written by Jerry Coleman, pencilled by Dick Sprang and inked by Sheldon Moldoff, according to Mike's Amazing World Of DC Comics and the Grand Comic Book Database.  Comicbookdb.com credits Charles Paris as the inker. This story has been reprinted in WORLD'S FINEST COMICS ARCHIVE vol. III and SHOWCASE PRESENTS: WORLD'S FINEST vol. II.

- Tommy Tomorrow starred in the 7 page story titled, A TRAP FOR TOMMY TOMORROW, drawn by Jim Mooney.

- Green Arrow and Speedy were featured in the 6 page story, THE MIGHTY ARROW ARMY, written by Ed Herron and drawn by Lee Elias. This story was reprinted in SHOWCASE PRESENTS: GREEN ARROW vol. I.
