SUPERMAN'S PAL JIMMY OLSEN 9, December 1955, was published around October 18, 1955. It contained 32 pages for the cover price of a dime. The editor was Mort Weisinger, and the cover was pencilled by Curt Swan and inked by Stan Kaye.
All three 8 page stories were created by the same team, writer Otto Binder, penciller Curt Swan and inker Ray Burnley. They have been reprinted in SHOWCASE PRESENTS: SUPERMAN FAMILY vol. I.

- THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION!
- THE MISSLE OF STEEL!
Elsewhere in DC Comics, 29 titles carried the December 1955, or the December 1955/January 1956 cover date.
I also share my feelings about the recently announced reboot of the entire line of DC Comics with 52 No. 1 issues in September of this year.
