Jimmy Olsen seemed to enjoy dressing like a woman in those days. I remember thinking, even when I first read it at 9 years old, that Jackie Oliver was Jimmy Olsen, based on the initials and the red hair. I was certain that one of the members of the fan club would figure out it was him, because of his Adam's apple, because that was often a big clue to expose someone dressing as the opposite sex back in Silver Age stories. Well, that didn't seem to be the big clue this time, so maybe writer Otto Binder decided that this was too chliched a plot device. At least Tommy Todd did figure it out.
