WORLD'S FINEST COMICS 145, November 1964, was published around September 19, 1964. It contained 32 pages for the cover price of 12¢. Mort Weisinger was the editor, and the cover was pencilled by Curt Swan, inked by George Klein and lettered by Ira Schnapp.

- (8:02) PRISON FOR HEROES (16 pgs.; this story was divided into two 8 page sections), written by Edmond Hamilton, pencilled by Curt Swan and inked by George Klein. This story was reprinted in WORLD'S FINEST COMICS 197, October/November 1970, published around August 18, 1970. It contained 64 pages for 25¢. It was also reprinted in SHOWCASE PRESENTS: WORLD'S FINEST vol. II.
